In-field, four-terminal d.c current transport measurements were performed on a superconductor that was soldered to a sample holder that was then biaxially strained. The strain was applied by bending the sample holder in 2 different directions simultaneously. Finite element simulations were performed to assess the strain homogeneity of the sample holder.
