STEMMS Apatite Model

These files can be downloaded to use the Apatite Crystallisation Multistart model published in Lormand, C., Humphreys, M.C.S., Coumans, J.P., Colby, D. J., Chelle-Michou, C. & Li, W. Volatile budgets and evolution in porphyry-related magma systems, determined using apatite. Submitted to Lithos (2023). There are a number of different options to download this application depending on whether you have a MATLAB Licence. If you have MATLAB 2023a or later installed then it is highly recommended you download the MATLAB app. If you do not have a MATLAB Licence you can download the standalone application. However, some functionality will not work in the standalone app (see the Readme for more details). This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement No 864923) through a Consolidator grant awarded to PI M. Humphreys. The model was developed as part of the STEMMS project (STorage and Eruption of Mushy Magma Systems).
