SfM 3D models were created from HD photos (36 MP) taken with a full frame D810 Nikon and processed with Agisoft Metashape. RTI was created from HD photos (36 MP) taken with a full frame D810 Nikon with the H-RTI capture method and processed with Relight (https://vcg.isti.cnr.it/vcgtools/relight/) Enhanced surface visualizations were generated from 3D models with the Topography Visualisation Toolbox (TVT, https://tvt.dh.gu.se/)
