AWG1 output goes to AOM driver (instead of the servo).
Signal is a sine wave at the modulate frequency + DC offset of 215mV.
This gives a power of 30.6mW before the SLM.
The diffraction efficiency of the SLM is 0.5 and transmission to the atoms is 0.86.
=> power at atoms is 13.16mW
The intensity is modulated for 50ms, 
then after 2ms there is a diabatic trap drop down to DC offset 60mV
