Take a long exposure image 100ms of a Rb atom in different traps.
Set an ROI at the image position when the atom is focused.
As the lens is changed the tweezer axial focus shifts relative to the focus of the imaging.
Repeat points and take weighted average to account for time variation of fluorescence signal
