All FMR data was taken using a homebuilt FMR system. X-Ray data taken using Bede D1 system and fitted using GenX as outlined in the manuscript.

All files are tab delimited with further details described either as headings or below.
 
Trendlines, fits are not included, but can be reproduced from the measured data as described in the manuscript. 

X-Ray data for the XRR fit and SLD plot for the 2 nm barrier are labelled T6, and T8 for the 5 nm barrier.
