This folder contains all the data and calculations which are gone into generating the figures of the manuscript titled 'Ultracold molecules as qudits.'

There are 5 subfolders. 

1. CaF folder contains the zeeman structure and transition dipople moment data for CaF molecules. The accompanying mathematica files which are used to extract the data are also provided. 
2.RbCs folder contains the zeeman structure and the AC stark data for the RbCs Molecules. The accompanying ipyhton notebooks which are used to extract and analyse the data are also provided in the same folder. The algorithm to find isolated states and transitions is contained in these ipython files. 
3.MW_gates folder provides the mathematica files which simplify the microwave gates for the molecules. 
4.Deutsch_algorith contains mathematica files which use the microwave gates and calculated the effects of these gates on quantum states in order to realize the Deutsch algorithm mentioned in the paper.
5. Decoherence folder contains the mathematica file to calculate the decohrence rate due to the noise in the intensity of the tweezer traps.
