The excel file 'FIGUREDATA.xls' contains all of the data used to produce the figures for the paper 'Control of superselectivity by crowding in three-dimensional hosts' by Andrew T. R. Christy, Halim Kusumaatmaja and Mark A. Miller, published in Physical Review Letters.

The data for each figure is given in the excel sheet with the corresponding title. Each data point on the figures was obtained as the average value across a number of simulations (40 unless otherwise specified). For completeness, the standard deviation is also given for each value.
As a brief reminder from the paper, the different variables used are:
d - density of crowders (default = 0.4)
l - linker length between binding beads (default = 5)
v - valency of the chains i.e. number of binding sites (default = 10)
f - interaction strength between the client and receptor (default = 2kT)
m - number of beads bound
n - number of clients in the simulation (default = 1)

Please refer to the figure captions within the paper and supplemental material for the system parameters.

The simulation codes used to generate this data, and instructions for using these codes, can be found in the folder CODES.
