This repository contains data from "Magnetism in the Néel skyrmion host GaV4S8 under pressure", and the associated Supplemental Material.
The data is grouped by Figure and includes the data plotted in the figure, and, where possible, the raw data used to generate it. An explanation of each dataset is provided.

*** Figure 1 ***

This figures shows magnetisation measurements of GaV4S8 under the application of various different pressures.

Files provided:
    - a_[pressure]GPa.dat: The temperature-dependent magnetisation plotted in Fig. 1(a), one file per pressure ([pressure]). Columns are Temperature (K), Magnetisation (Normalised by maximum magnetisation).
    - b_[pressure]GPa.dat: The magnetic-field-dependent magnetisation plotted in Fig. 1(b), one file per pressure ([pressure]). Columns are Applied Magnetic Field (Oe), Magnetisation (Bohr magnetons per formula unit).
    - c_[pressure]GPa.dat: The temperature-dependent magnetisation plotted in Fig. 1(c), one file per pressure ([pressure]). Columns are Temperature (K), Magnetisation (Normalised by maximum magnetisation).


*** Figure 2 ***

This figure shows the results of wTF muSR measurements of GaV4S8 under the application of pressure.

Files provided:
    - [pressure]GPa_wTF_parameters.dat: The fitted parameters from wTF muSR measurements of GaV4S8, one file per pressure ([pressure]). Columns  are labelled.
    - 2p29GPa_0p4K_wTF_data.wim: The raw wTF muSR data and fit shown in the inset of Fig. 2(a). Columns are labelled.


*** Figure 3 ***

This figure shows the results of ZF muSR measurements of GaV4S8 under the application of pressure, as well as simulations of the field at the muon site in GaV4S8 for various magnetic configurations.

Files provided:
    - [pressure]GPa_2K_data.wim: The raw ZF muSR data and fits shown in Fig. 3(a). One file per pressure. Columns are labelled.
    - 0GPa_field.txt: The internal field as measured on GaV4S8 with ZF muSR, taken from Hicken et al., Physical Review Research 2, 032001(R) (2020), shown in Fig. 3(b). Columns are Temperature (K), Internal field (G), Error (G).
    - [pressure]GPa_parameters.txt: The fitted parameters shown in Fig. 3(b), on file per pressure ([pressure]). Columns are labelled.
    - avgB.txt: The average internal field plotted in Fig. 3(c). Columns are labelled.
    - specint_[calctype].txt: The output of MuESR calculations plotted in Fig. 3(d), one file per calculation ([calctype]). Columns are Field (G), Spectral intensity (arb. units).
    - gav4s8_muesr_example.ipynb: A jupyter notebook containing an example MuESR calculation which would allow reporoduction of the spectra in Fig. 3(d).
    - GaV4S8.cif: The CIF file needed for the calculation in the above jupyter notebook.

Notes:
    - The dashed line in Fig. 3(c) is a guide to the eye and therefore has no corresponding data.

This figure summarises the suggested T-P phase diagram for GaV4S8, compiling data from various experiments.

Files provided:
    - PvsT_data.txt: The data plotted in Fig. 4. Columns are labelled.

Notes:
    - The lines in Fig. 4 are guides to the eye and therefore have no corresponding data.

This figure shows results from micromagnetic simulations of GaV4S8.

Files provided:
    - gav4s8_micromagnetics_example.ipynb: A jupyter notebook containing an example ubermag micromagnetics calculation of GaV4S8 which would allow reproduction of the calculations in this paper.
    - cycfinalarry.dat: The array data plotted in Fig. 5(a).
    - energies.dat: The array data plotted in Fig. 5(b).
    - periods.dat: The array data plotted in Fig. 5(c).
    - D[D]_K[K]_skyen*.txt: The energies plotted in Fig. 5(d), one file per distinct scaling of the micromagnetic parameters ([D] and [K]), except for D=1, K=0, where the data is split dependent on the state obtained as lower energy. Columns are Applied Field (mT), Energy (kJ/m3).


*** Figure 6 ***

This figure shows the results of fitting TF muSR measurements of GaV4S8.

Files provided:
    - [field]mT_[pressure]GPa.txt: The fitted parameters plotted in Fig. 6, one file per unique applied magnetic field ([field]) and pressure ([pressure]) combination. Columns are labelled.

Notes:
