# Controlling Fragment Competition on Pathways to Addressable Self-Assembly

The files in this directory contain the data plotted in the paper as completability graphs.

Each file is plain text and consists of five columns separated by white space. The columns from left to right are, the reduced temperatures, the proportion of particles in completed targets at the end of the simulation, the proportion of particles in compatible fragments, the proportion of particles in non-compatible fragments, and the completability of the system (the proportion of particles which may be combined to create complete targets).

The precise definitions of a fragment, the terms compatible and non-compatible, and the completability metric are given in the main body of the paper.
