This dataset supports the manuscipt Tokac M., Jaiswal S., Wang, M., Rushforth A.W., Gallagher B.L., Atkinson D., and Hindmarch A.T., `Interfacial Contribution to Thickness Dependent In-plane Anisotropic Magnetoresistance'.

A description of the data and file formats is included below.
Please contact Aidan Hindmarch <a.t.hindmarch@durham.ac.uk> with any questions.

Longitudinal and transverse resistivity, and anisotropic magnetoresistance is extracted from resistance vs magnetic field sweeps in transverse and longitudinal geometries with knowledge of the sample geometry, as described in the manuscript.

All files are again TAB delimited ascii and the header contains the quantity and units for each column. Fits shown in the figures are not included.

Figure_1_2_copper.dat & Figure_1_2_iridium.dat: Contains the data contained in the main frames of figure 1, and figure 2.
Column 1 & 2 are cobalt layer thickness and error (nm), column 3 and 4 are Longitudinal resistivity and error (Ohm.m), column 5 & 6 are Transverse resistivity and error (Ohm.m), column 7 & 8 are Delta Rho and error (Ohm.m), column 9 & 10 are percentage AMR and error.

Figure_1_inset.dat contains the data for the inset to figure 1.
Column 1 is applied field (Oe), column 2 is longitudinal resistivity (Ohm.m), column 3 is transverse resitivity (Ohm.m).

Figure_3.dat contains the data in figure 3.
Column 1 & 2 is cobalt thickness and error (nm), column 3 & 4 is inverse cobalt half-thickness and error (1/nm), column 5 & 6 is percentage AMR and error.
